How It Works

  1. Check Your Eligibility
    Enter your address in the Same Day Delivery pop-up by selecting “Enter Delivery Address” on product or checkout pages.
  2. Choose Your Jewelry
    Browse same day delivery collection online and add items to your bag. To qualify, your selection must be ready-to-wear and not require customization (such as ring sizing, engraving, or stone mounting).
  3. Select Same Day Shipping at Checkout
    At checkout, choose "Same Day Delivery" as your delivery method, fill in the required details, and complete your purchase.
  4. Track Your Order
    You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away. Once your order is picked up by a driver, you’ll get a text with updates.
  5. Sign & Shine
    A signature is required upon delivery. Your driver will take a photo to verify that your order has arrived safely. If no one is available to sign, your order will be returned to the store, and you’ll receive a refund for your item(s), minus the delivery fee.

Orders That Don’t Qualify

  • Orders over $5,000 including tax & shipping
  • Items that require shopwork (such as ring sizing, engraving, or stone mounting)
