If you need to return an item that was purchased online or have a piece of Shane Co. jewelry in need of repair, please follow the merchandise return instructions below.

Currently, we are not able to process returns for in-store purchases due to temporary store closures. Don’t worry - we’ll honor your return for up to 30 additional days after the store reopens, even if your 60-day return window ends while we’re closed.

We’re also unable to accept merchandise for cleaning and maintenance at this time. But we’ve got your back! We’re extending deadlines for cleanings and maintenance, and your warranty won’t be in any way affected if you miss your 6-month cleaning window during this time.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Shane Co. jewelry, you may return it within 60 days of purchase, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been worked on by any jeweler outside of Shane Co. Engraved items, as well as any custom rings ordered can not be returned.

As we take incoming shipments for returns and necessary repairs for our valued customers, please allow us 2-3 weeks to contact you once your package shows ‘delivered’ to our secure Brinks facility. Once we receive your package, we will personally contact you from 866-467-4263 to cover any additional details or requests to facilitate your jewelry needs.
