Taking care of your Shane Co. jewelry is easy — and always free. Whether you visit a store or ship your piece to us, our team handles cleanings, repairs, and routine maintenance with expert care. All of these services are part of your All-Inclusive Free Lifetime Warranty℠ from your friend & jeweler.

Visit a Store

To maintain your lifetime warranty, bring your Shane Co. jewelry in for a Care & Cleaning Check twice a year. We’ll inspect your piece, handle any needed service, and keep you updated every step of the way.

What to Expect:

  • Your jewelry is cleaned & inspected during your visit
  •  

  • If repairs are needed, we’ll create a service order
  •  

  • With a service order, your item is sent to our workshop the next business day
  •  

  • Once repaired and quality checked, it’s ready for pickup

Ship Us Your Jewelry

If you can’t make it to a Shane Co. store, you can ship your jewelry to us for cleaning, inspection, or service — handled by our team of in-house experts.

How it Works:

  • Start a Service Request
    Fill out a quick online form using the link below. You’ll select the type of service you need and share a few details about your piece.
  •  

  • Purchase Your Shipping Label
    We’ll guide you to a secure checkout to purchase an insured FedEx label. Once complete, your label will be sent to you by email. Drop off your package within a few days of receiving this email. Your shipping label is valid for two weeks.
  •  

  • Package & Ship Your Jewelry
    When your label is ready, you have two options:
  • Package it at home using a sturdy box, or
  •  

  • Bring it to any FedEx location, where a team member can package your jewelry, print your label, and securely send it to our Brinks facility

Your jewelry will be transported safely and handled with care every step of the way.

What Happens Next
Once your jewelry is delivered to our security partner, Brinks, it’s safely in our hands. You’ll receive a confirmation email within 2–3 business days letting you know it’s been received.

 

From there, our in-house jewelers handle everything — inspecting your piece, completing your requested service, and recommending any additional care if needed. When your service is complete, your jewelry is quality-checked, securely packaged, and shipped back to you with insured 2-day delivery.
