Paid Time Off

As a Shane Co. employee, you will earn:

• Up to 3 weeks paid vacation 
• Up to 4 weeks paid vacation after five years
• 8 paid holidays annually (FT)
• 2 to 4 paid holidays annually (PT)
• 1 additional paid floating holiday after 5 years (FT)
• Paid sick leave (state mandated rules will be followed)
• Extended Illness Bank time for Leave of Absence events
