Simply bring in your jewelry every six months to ensure your lifetime warranty remains active. This is so we can make sure your jewelry is in good condition and catch any small issues before they become major ones! If you don’t live near a Shane Co. store, you can also ship your jewelry to us free of charge.
Shane Co. employs in-store jewelers who can clean and repair your jewelry on site. Because we don’t have to outsource repair and cleaning, we can get it done much more efficiently than other jewelers. We’re also able to keep track of any issues that may come up more than once, so that we can come up with the correct fix to best prolong the life of your jewelry.
Even our online store has its own set of Shane Co. jewelers, working to clean and repair your jewelry! We only hire the best in the business, so you can be sure your jewelry is in good hands.
Yes! Our jewelers are here for whatever your jewelry maintenance needs may be. You can even bring in jewelry you did not purchase at Shane Co. for cleanings and repairs. Note, however, that there may be some charges for repairs to non-Shane Co. jewelry.
Our Free Lifetime Warranty even covers your center stone. As long as you have been bringing in your jewelry every six months to maintain your warranty, we will replace the center stone, free of charge.
We can easily clean your jewelry for you the same day you’ve brought it in.
The majority of the jewelry we sell is covered by our Free Lifetime Warranty — the only exceptions include jewelry made of materials that may not be as durable or cannot be cleaned/repaired safely without damaging the piece. You will be informed upon purchase of any exceptions to our Free Lifetime Warranty!
