To find out which nail color was the most popular in each state by season, we compiled a list of common nail colors. From there, we turned to Google Trends to map out geographical trends over the past 12 months. We used the following time parameters for our data collection:

- Fall: September through November 2022
- Winter: December 2022 through February 2023
