Necklaces (Top to Bottom): Carmen Ruby and Diamond Pendant in 14K Yellow Gold (20 in), Ravello London Blue Topaz Solitaire Pendant, 20in 14K Gold Vermeil Miami Cuban Chain (5.3mm), Diamond Accent Engravable Disk Pendant, Vega Diamond Dog Tag Charm in 14K Yellow Gold

We love a good holiday party. Getting dressed up for a night out with friends, family, or coworkers during the season begs for some extra sparkle, and we have you covered. Below, find our holiday party suggestions along with the perfect jewelry pairing for each style.

Classic Black

You can’t go wrong with a sleek black outfit! No matter the dress code for your party, black is a safe yet stunning choice. If you’re going to a cocktail party, we recommend a little black dress or black slacks with a silky shirt. If you’re going to a more casual affair, black leather pants are in fashion and happen to look great on everybody. Add a pop of color, like a scarf or belt, if you want, but we also think the all-black look is incredibly chic this season.

Terra 0.40 tcw Diamond Huggie Hoops

Pair With: Diamonds

Why not pair a classic with a classic? Diamonds will stand out against your black outfit without totally detracting from the theme. They fit in seamlessly while adding an elegant touch of sparkle. From hoop earrings to tennis bracelets, shop our diamond jewelry selection for a range of options.

Festive ’Fit

Want to amp it up a bit and celebrate the season? Now is the perfect time to wear a festive outfit, whether it’s a Christmas sweater, a Hanukkah tie, or something winter-themed. You may opt for a knitted top that lights up for a cheesy holiday party. Or a green velvet dress for a fancier event. Dress it up or down as much as the gathering calls for, and accessorize accordingly.

Left to Right: Zelena Emerald Studs, Zelena Emerald Pendant, Elowen Bezel-Set Emerald Bracelet

Pair With: Rubies, Emeralds, and Charms

’Tis the season for red and green! With your festive holiday wear, you can’t go wrong with ruby and emerald jewelry. These sparkling stones are filled with bright, festive cheer. If you’re looking for something that represents your own traditions, we also recommend adding a symbolic charm to the mix.

Shimmer and Shine

Is your New Year’s resolution to be bold? Why not start early with shimmering sequins at your next holiday party? Sequins are a great way to be festive without representing just one holiday or donning a snowman sweater. You can wear a sequin shirt with pants, a sequin dress, or a sequin jacket. No matter which style of sequins you choose, one thing is guaranteed: you’ll be sure to dazzle. After all, the true meaning of the holidays is to steal the show, right (kidding)?

Left to Right: Aren Curb Bracelet in Vermeil 14k Yellow Gold (7.5 in), Diamond Paperclip Chain Bracelet, Varya 2 3/8 ct. Blue Sapphire Curb Bracelet (7 in), Bezel-Set Diamond Drop Earrings

Pair With: Silver and Gold

While we love all things sparkly at Shane Co., a shiny gemstone may be a bit much with a sequined outfit. Instead, we recommend wearing understated silver or gold jewelry. These styles will still add to your look without overpowering it. A simple chain necklace or dangle earrings will go a long way.

Casual and Cozy

Sure, the holidays tend to bring a lot of bling. We’ve listed a few good recommendations for your holiday office party or formal get-together. What about those cozy gatherings back in your hometown, though, or when your family joins to sit around the fireplace? Though we’re always going to advocate for wearing whatever you want, sequins and leather may not be the most practical approach. When it comes to your casual parties, try a trendy sweater, stylish jeans, and leather booties or fresh sneakers instead.

Left to Right: Riverbed 14K Rose Gold Band (2mm), Martine Stackable Ring in 14K Yellow Gold, Adria Link Ring in 14K Rose Gold, Fringe Contour Wedding Band

Pair With: Stackable Rings

If you’re bundling up, your necklaces and bracelets may get covered in the mix. To show off your jewelry style while keeping it warm and casual, we recommend stackable rings. Piling on your favorite rings is a cool, stylish way to incorporate jewelry no matter the occasion.

Looks for Men

Guys, if you’re wondering what to wear this season, take the occasion into account. You may want to wear a festive sweater or a themed, silly suit for a more casual affair. If you’re attending something formal, we recommend slacks, a sweater or shirt, and a trendy blazer. You don’t need to break out the tuxedo (unless it’s a really fancy party), but stick to something slightly elevated and fashionable.

20 in Box Chain in Sterling Silver (4mm)

Pair With: Chain Necklaces

Men’s chain necklaces make any outfit instantly more stylish. Whether you’re wearing a turtleneck with a blazer, a button-down shirt, or a T-shirt, a chain goes with the look and gives it some added curb appeal. For a more dressed-up look, go with cufflinks

For every holiday party, we have jewelry that completes your outfit and takes it to the next level. Find your favorite styles in this year’s holiday gift guide.
