Methodology
To identify the Most Fashion-Forward U.S. Suburbs, we looked at 11 ranking factors for each area. We assigned weights to each factor based on its relevance to the overall fashion-forwardness of a suburb and then calculated city scores for each suburb using the weighted factors. The highest possible city score was 50.
