Free 60-Day Returns​

If you are not completely satisfied with your ShaneCo.com order, you can return or exchange your jewelry within 60 days of purchase at any Shane Co. store or by shipping it via FedEx.​ For a return or exchange to be accepted, the jewelry must be in its original condition and must not be a special custom order or have been extensively modified.​

How To Make A Return

  1. Make sure you have your order number and email address handy, and click "Start Your Return" to begin the process.
  2. Print the return label and affix it to the outside of your return package. Be sure to include all documentation you received.
  3. Drop off your package at any FedEx return location.
  4. Your refund will be processed once we receive your package.
