If you're not completely satisfied with your ShaneCo.com jewelry, you may return it via FedEx or to your local store within 60 days of purchase, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been worked on by any jeweler outside of Shane Co.
- Most rings and some other pieces made of 14k gold, platinum, and silver that have been customized with an engraving are eligible for return or exchange.
- All other custom purchases, including any other engraved pieces and rings made with Shane Co.’s custom band builder, are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Diamonds with inscriptions are eligible for return or exchange.

How to Make a Return
- 1. Make sure you have your order number and email address handy, and click “Start Your Return” to begin the process.
- 2. Print the return label and affix it to the outside of your return package. Be sure to include all documentation you received.
- 3. Drop off your package at any FedEx return location.
- 4. Your refund will be processed once we receive your package.
