When you receive an heirloom that\u2019s been passed along within your family, your jewelry will continue to be covered under our warranty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Is anything excluded from the Shane Co. warranty?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, we are not able to fully cover your jewelry\nin the event it is stolen. However, if we are provided with a police report of\nthe piece we will offer a discount for you to purchase replacement jewelry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are also unable to protect jewelry that is not capable of\nbeing reworked to look like new, such as leather, rubber, stainless steel,\ncarbon fiber, and tungsten. We recommend that any valuable piece be ensured\nagainst theft and total loss.
