The position of jeweler is a time-honored trade that has been around since ancient times. Back in the day, stones were set, metal was manipulated, and long-forgotten languages were carefully etched into rings that would become artifacts. There aren\u2019t many professions that can boast such a rich history while continuing to thrive today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like many careers, the path to becoming a jeweler doesn\u2019t have to be a straightforward one. Many jewelers start out working in the arts or as a craftsperson and realize that their passion lies in creating something beautiful. \u201cI’ve always been pretty crafty. During the pandemic, I was doing a lot of gig work and working in music. I needed a change and realized I could choose to do anything. I’ve always loved jewelry and I’ve always made things, but I never really thought of it as a career path. Here I am now. It’s awesome.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
