Free 60-Day Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your ShaneCo.com order, you can return or exchange your jewelry within 60 days of purchase at any Shane Co. store or by shipping it via FedEx. For a return or exchange to be accepted, the jewelry must be in its original condition and must not be a special custom order or have been extensively modified.

If you have any questions or want to confirm if your jewelry is eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us.

How To Make A Return

  1. Start by logging into your Shane Co. account and accessing your order history to begin a return — or have your order number (starting with 0 or 5) and email address ready, then click "Start Your Return".
  2. Complete checkout to purchase an insured FedEx return label. FedEx will email your label along with your QR code.
  3. Choose how to ship your jewelry
    • Print & drop off: Print your FedEx label, attach it to your securely packaged jewelry, and drop it off at any FedEx location.
    • Print at FedEx: Bring your securely packaged jewelry and QR code to any FedEx location, and they'll print the label and ship it for you.
  4. Once shipped, your return is routed to a secure Brinks facility and then delivered to our Home Office Fulfillment Center. As soon as our team receives and inspects your piece, your refund is processed immediately. After processing, the funds typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
