Standard Delivery Guidelines
Every order goes through a rigorous quality control process. All packages are insured, at no charge,
for your protection. For your security, FedEx orders require a signature at delivery, and will not be
dropped off unattended.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm EST usually ship within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding
Holidays) from the date you place your order. This is true for all orders, including those shipped
via FedEx 2-day and FedEx Priority Overnight.

Because all Shane Co. diamonds are natural stones, they cannot be cut to exact weights. Therefore, the carat weight given is an approximation of actual weight.
