If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any jewelry purchase from Shane Co., we'll gladly refund your money, no questions asked.

To get your full refund, simply return your Shane Co. purchase to us, undamaged, within 120 days of receiving the merchandise. Upon receipt of the returned item we will credit your account.

You have the choice of returning your merchandise to any Shane Co. store, or by mail, to ShaneCo.com.
