This pendant features one beautiful oval ice blue sapphire at approximately .42 carat. Seven round diamonds, at approximately .03 carat TW, make beautiful accents. The total gem weight is approximately .45 carat, and the pendant hangs from an 18-inch box chain, set in 14 karat white gold.
