This is a full-time, hourly position reporting to the Operations Manager. The primary function of a Fulfillment Processor/ICC is to implement and direct all established inventory control processes within the Fulfillment Center focusing on the receipt and transfer, handling, quality control, acceptance, and proper care of the merchandise.
This position requires:
§ Accurately and efficiently process all merchandise, service, and informational transactions.
§ Ensure accuracy and security for all financial, merchandise, and administrative functions.
§ Create, maintain, and distribute accurate and detailed administrative records according to Company procedures and direction.
§ Accurately and efficiently maintain and process all merchandise transfers, distributions, and inventory control according to Company and store guidelines and direction.
§ Ensure proper appearance, inventory levels, pricing and labeling of all merchandise.
§ Communicate issues or concerns through the appropriate chain of command.
§ Supervise and organize the actual taking of weekly and monthly physical inventories (or more often as required).
§ Constantly strive for personal development and improvement.
• 1-3 years retail inventory control experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills & detail oriented
• Customer service oriented (seriously caring about the quality of what you do)
• Computer skills
• Hours include evenings and weekends
