"Shane Co. was our first and last visit to a jewelry store once we got engaged. We were so absolutely impressed with the selection, friendliness and knowledgeability of the staff, the amazing warranty, and especially the no pressure environment - it was truly a fantastic experience!!! We didn't feel a need to go anywhere else! I told them my budget and the sales staff did everything they could to keep us within that budget and we actually ended up on the low end of that!"

They LISTEN to you!! I probably tried on the same ring 15 times and not once did I get an eye roll or bad remark. Shane Co. was definitely the nicest place we went though! The staff is extremely nice, and not paid on commission, so they will sell you what you want, not what costs the most.
From the first time we went in, a specific employee, Angie, was by far our favorite. She really got to know us, and helped us find the perfect ring- she even went along with my (at the time boyfriend's) trickery of how to put money down on the ring without me seeing.
We just went back in yesterday, to show her our wedding album- even though she hadn't seen us for probably 6 months, she still recognized us, and loved looking through the album. It is rare in this world to go someplace where the employees will actually remember you, and want to know your story. Shane Co. is definitely the place to look for jewelry, we will for sure go back again. Special thanks to Angie! You are awesome!"

I knew I wanted to buy a diamond for a ring, NOT a whole "bridal suite" or "engagement set" or whatever they call it these days...and Shane Co. never tried to sell me anything other than what I wanted, which means they listened to me. That, I've got to say, was awesome.
Also, since the engagement was to be a surprise, I went to Shane Co. dressed in grubby Carhartt's and an old sweatshirt, under the guise of going to do some volunteer tree planting (which I often do on Saturdays, just not this Saturday). Didn't matter; I was still given lots of attention and respect by their salespeople.
I spent a lot of time (and the salespeople's) inspecting several diamonds, going to different rooms and seeing them in different kinds of light, and was never pressured to "step it up"...in fact they kept encouraging me to take my time. When I finally found the diamond that was perfect for us, the people at Shane Co. helped me get it on the ring I wanted efficiently but carefully.
I had a good experience, but even more importantly I ended up with exactly the diamond I wanted. Almost a year later it still pops and flames even in relatively dim light. Someday I may go for a more elaborate ring setting, especially if I ever find a girl who will actually say yes to marrying me (just kidding...we are happily engaged at the time of writing!) but that diamond really means a lot to us."

What's better? The return policy. Lovely boy was coached by Bonus Mom to know that I should be around to pick my own ring..."

We originally went to a closer store first, but weren't satisfied with what we were getting for the price. Based on a friend's advice we made 20 minute drive to the store in Cool Springs. Their service was great and they were willing to help educate us on the different metals, style, etc. We ended up getting all of our rings there and were highly satisfied with what we got. Also, their service after you buy jewelry is great. Our rings can be inspected and cleaned for free whenever we want. I would recommend them to anyone!"
