She greets each guest with a smile and welcoming attitude. Always ready to assist all that enter. On one of the days she was off, she had Lauren help me out. Lauren also has identical charisma and charm and is a delight to work with. Thank you for this delightful experience."

I came into Shane Company at your Roseville location and was promptly greeted in a very friendly and comfortable manner by several staff members. Kim made me comfortable and after some brief questions escorted me to an area that contained some rings that fit my desires. She was very hospitable and retrieved some beverages for me while she gave me a few moments to look at what was in the cases. "I wanted you to know what a wonderful time I had shopping at Shane [Co]. I told the young lady, Lauren, that my husband and I had been to three other stores looking for a bridal set and had explained that we were in a certain budget. One store, the "He went to J....." store seem not to understand that we were firm on the amount we were going to spend, but no, they just kept bringing out rings (of course I liked) but two to three thousand more than we were spending. Bye-bye! We went to two other stores but nothing they showed really hit me for the price. So your establishment is where I ended up.

I walked into Shane [Co.], of course a little uneasy and unsure of what to expect. Wow!!! What a major difference! Lauren was fantastic. I am sure she could tell I was a little nervous and she immediately made me comfortable. By the time we were done comparing this ring to that ring and this diamond in this one and such, I felt like we had known each other forever. I not only have a beautiful bridal set on, but do not have to worry that I was pressured into going out of my budget to get it.

I could go on and on, but I thought it important to let you know that I really do feel I have a friend in the diamond business and am looking forward to future purchases.
