"The Best Choice Out there!! When it comes to selection, prices, and quality, Shane Co. is at the top of the class. I was first introduced to Shane Co. online when looking for an engagement ring. After a couple months of walking from jewelry store to jewelry store I had a pretty good idea of what styles she likes. Taking my real world knowledge to ShaneCo.com was the best thing I've ever done. With a seemingly endless selection of ring styles and any kind of diamond cut, clarity, color and size you could want, my choice was made and by the reaction of my fiancée, it was perfect!!
When it came time to get a wedding band there was no question where to go. Living in Seattle now made it easy to get to one of their stores. The Lynnwood store is huge, and the selection is great. The Shane Co. staff made it easy to find just want we wanted.

We were greeted instantly, and went from case to case trying on tons of rings! Because I was just looking and not buying that day, we were worried that we were taking up Anthonio's time, but he very nicely told us that he was happy to help us, and that he didn't work on commission anyway. Whew! :) I got a great feel for what I wanted, and my boyfriend and I have since gone to several other jewelry stores but have had negative experiences at all the others (other places were pushy, didn't have as beautiful rings, and were WAY more expensive!). We were sold on the customer service, beautiful styles, and good prices at Shane Co. When we are ready to purchase, we know where we will be going!"

She came back with a ring: "I remembered we had this one in the back" she said "it hasn't even been priced yet or put on our website but it looks like something you'd like." That ended up being the ring we bought, and every day when I look at it I marvel at how unique and beautiful it is!"

This is a great place to purchase an engagement ring. So good that we recently also purchased our wedding bands at the Shane Co as well.
Their employees aren't paid on commission, so you never feel rushed. It's a great experience and they offer a great warranty on all jewelry. Quick turn around time on repairs as well. Great selection of settings and wedding bands. Also HUGE selection of center stones for all price ranges.
I would highly recommend the salesman Andrew. He made my fiancé and I feel extremely comfortable and was very helpful. We didn't feel rushed at all, and he explained everything in full detail and even gave suggestions about which settings can handle wear and tear the best. I know we were extremely indecisive about selecting a setting, but it didn't phase him one bit. Excellent customer service!"

After he popped the question, he couldn't wait to tell me about his experience at Shane Co. He was helped by a woman who had a great deal of knowledge and took the time to show him different diamonds and educate him on what to look for. Compared to other jewelry stores, he felt absolutely no pressure and he loved the free lifetime warranty. Now that I have my ring, I too love the lifetime warranty. I get my ring cleaned every month and get it buffed and polished every 6 for absolutely free!! I sometimes compare my ring to other women who have bigger diamonds, and I can tell that mine is of better quality. We last minute decided to elope on 11/11/11 and won't get our wedding bands until the real wedding... but let me just say that I am SO excited to get my wedding band. I know it's going to be gorgeous! SO to all the men looking for the perfect ring, definitely check out Shane Co!"
